At vase-express.co.uk we have no hidden charges and believe that all costs should be immediately apparent to our customers. All orders placed with us are sent by 24hr courier. Our delivery charges are charged per order as follows:

Expectations

Our aim is to ensure that orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are dispatched the same day. As a result they should arrive the next working day before 3pm. If you place your order after 3pm, we will still try to send the goods out the same day however this will depend on the volume and complexity of the days orders.

Important Information

For all orders, a signatory will be required to acknowledge receipt of the goods. Where nobody is available to sign for the consignment, a card will be left enabling the recipient to either re-arrange collection or collect the item in person from the local depot. Please let us know if we can be of any assistance with this.

Special Requests

If you require the order to be delivered on a specific day, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange this for you. We are also able to arrange Saturday deliveries - please contact us for further details.

Testing

Our vases are custom creations, not mass manufactured. When you have received your vase please fill the vase with water and check carefully for leaks before placing on tables or other furniture. Vase Express is not responsible for any damage the vase may cause.

We do not hold payment information regarding your order, at the point of passing to Protx™ you agree to be bound by their privacy and security policies available from http://www.protx.co.uk

At the point of payment an SSL connection is established with the Protx™ system, at the end of that payment process there is a binding contract for payment between you and Vase-Express. Dispatch

Your order will be dispatched within 7 working days by a 24 hour courier upon receipt of payment.

Limitation of Liability

At all times our acceptance of an order takes place on dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order.

All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last.

Vase-Express shall not be liable to any customer or household for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of offer to supply provided a full refund is provided prior to dispatch.

Our acceptance of an order takes place on receipt of payment from the Protx™ system when a contract is formed, we reserve the right to terminate the contract at any point up to dispatch and offer a full refund. (Invitation to treat)

Money back guarantee

We offer a 30 Day100% money back guarantee, you may return your goods within 30 day period if you are not satisfied with the product. If the Vase is broken we need to know within 24 hours of receiving the products to claim for a full refund. See below for more details. We will NOT refund postage in the case of no fault found.

Damaged in Transit

If the 1 week cooling off period has passed we reserve the right to send an exact (or appropriate if exact is not available) replacement up to a maximum of 2 times and only when goods are returned to verify the damage.

You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions.

A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
At Vase Express we use one of the safest forms of accepting payment and that is through PROTX.
We do not keep any credit card information on our system therefore guaranteeing you your privacy. we reserve the right to amend our prices without any notice.
We will also send you promotions unless you other wise let us know via email or calling.
Viewing Orders


Find your product

There are 2 main ways to locate your product. You can use the search engine located in the top left hand corner of the site.

Alternatively you can select one of the category images on the homepage, this will take you to a different type of search engine where you can either select sub-categories or browse the available products. Don't forget that there maybe multiple pages of products and you can use the page number links to jump between them.

Select your product

You can then either directly buy the product by using the red buy button, or view more information by using the silver view button and then buy on the next page.

Buy it

Once you press BUY you will be taken to the basket page, from here you can apply any promotion code you may have. From the basket you can either continue shopping for other products by clicking the 'Continue Shopping' button or proceed to checkout. You will then be required to enter payment and delivery details.

Receive your item

After you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order. You will then be sent a second email to confirm that your order has been processed and dispatched. This will contain details of the method of dispatch used and furthermore include details of how you can track your order. It will also contain additional information regarding the order that you may find useful.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, it is possible to change your order by editing your shopping basket. You can view your basket at any time and right up to your order being completed by clicking on the view basket link on the left hand menu.

Please follow the instructions in this section to action any changes required. Please be aware that it is not possible to make changes to your order once you have submitted payment details.

What can I do if my credit card has been declined?

If you receive notification that your credit or debit card has been declined you will be given the option to enter another card for payment or to cancel the order. You must contact the bank that issued the card to find out why.

Please Note: only your bank can tell you why your card has been declined.

Ordering Glass Vases

Step 1: Find your Vase

This can be done by simply scrolling through the vases on the various pages and selecting the ones you require. Once you have selected the vase(s) you require you can add each one by pressing the Add to Cart button.

Please remember you can flip through the pages of listings by using the links at the top and bottom of the listings page eg:

Step 2: Buy It

When the vase(s) are in your shopping cart you can update the quantity you require by adjusting the number of vases in the box under the "Quantity" heading - you must then press the "Update Quantity" button.

At this point you can continue shopping or buy your vase - be sure to change the Country you live in to ascertain the correct delivery price. Once this is done your total price will be displayed and you can then press the "Buy Now" button to process your order.

Step 3: Receive Your Item

After you have placed the order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it. You will then be sent a second email to confirm that your order has been processed.

Returns & Refunds

Our vases are manufactured to the highest quality standards. Packages must be checked on delivery. We will not accept responsibility after it has been signed for. In the event of a breakage on delivery feel free to return them for a full refund or replacement. We require an email prior to you returning the goods with the full details of the problem. A photographic image of the vase sent by email is required of the damage so we can assess the damage.

Please be aware that all vases are handmade and can cause slight colour differences and approximate size/weight variations.

After notifying us of your return please complete the following steps to ensure that it is dealt with efficiently as possible

1) This MUST include your invoice number which you will find on the original invoice you received with the order.

2) Wrap the vase in its original packaging (if possible) and mark the box with returns

3) send the package to the address above.

4) We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return.

5) We recommend using recorded delivery service as we are unable to take responsibility until they reach us

6) If we receive the vase broken then we are unable to give you a full refund. A photo will be sent to you to clarify the beakage

7) Bubbles in the glass ware are part of the manufacturing process and can not be avoided. Please do not expect a full refund if this is the case

All Items are checked before they are sent out for any damage.

When can I expect to receive my order

Goods will be dispatched within 7 working days of receipt of payment, if for any reason we cannot dispatch your goods we will contact you. Please ensure that you give accurate contact details to facilitate this. Should you wish to upgrade to a 24 hour delivery process then please select that option in the cart. If we're unable to dispatch your goods within 24 hours we reserve the right to contact you and downgrade delivery.

A signature will be required upon receipt of the goods

I do not live in the UK -can I place an order?

Yes we can accept orders outside the UK. We will not dispatch the order until payment is completed via Paypal™ or Protx
